All ticket sales are final. Our policy is that there will be no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows. Please make sure to show up on time as the tours start promptly at the stated time. If you miss a tour, your purchase can be used for another tour provided by the Society. The same applies for tours cancelled (rarely) due to weather. Please! verify tour dates and locations prior to purchase.
